The regular meetings of the Labour Council shall be held on the third (3rd) Tuesday of each month, with the exception of April, July, August and December. Meetings shall commence at 6:00 P.M.
The Annual General Meeting of the Labour Council shall be held on the third (3rd) Tuesday of April each year. Meetings shall commence at 6:00 P.M.
The WBDLC shall consist of organizations affiliated to the Canadian Labour Congress which are situated in the area bounded on the north by the Northwest Territory boundary, on the south by Athabasca, on the east by the Saskatchewan border, and on the west by Highway 2 north, excluding Peace River to the east side of Highway 35 north, excluding High Level.
Each affiliated local union, branch or lodge shall pay, for the preceding month, a per capita tax of forty-five cents ($0.45) per member.
